The home delivery of food sector continues to grow. Anyone can now enjoy local and foreign dishes without getting off the sofa. The latest offer is cachopo, two breaded veal filets stuffed with ham and cheese, a hearty dish from Asturias, in northern Spain, that’s begun to rival the famous fabada bean stew of region. The A Cañada DELIC Experience cider bar has just launched Cachopo Vaaa!, its first franchise restaurant, which will deliver this delicacy to homes in 28 neighbourhoods of five Madrid districts: Arganzuela, Centro, Ciudad Lineal and San Blas-Simancas.

The star offer will be the Cachopo Express menu for two people for 24 euros. There are also other Asturian specialities like fabada, croquettes of cecina (smoked meat), beans with clams, meat pies and cider. Cachopo Vaaa! Has created 18 jobs between kitchen staff and delivery men, and has its own fleet of six motorbikes that serve an area where 466,000 people live.
